The Skin Icon is a premier, licensed, and insured esthetician based in Newburgh, New York; specializing in customized facials, full-body waxing, and brow services, including laminations, tints, shaping, threading, and permanent makeup (ombre powder brows). My mission is to help every client feel comfortable and confident in their skin and body, empowering them with the knowledge and tools to maintain healthy, radiant skin. CANCELLATION POLICY
This business enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied. A 50% cancellation fee is required for any no- shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed. Deposits are non refundable after more than ONE rescheduled appointment within 72 hours of your original appointment time.
